Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not access or use the App.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or access Finance features.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile, payment details, and contact information up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, chat PINs, payment PINs, and device security. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
2. Acceptable Use and Community Conduct
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to: transmitting harmful code; impersonating other users; harassing, bullying, or threatening individuals; sharing explicit, defamatory, or illegal content; and circumventing security features.
- We may remove content, suspend access to tabs (Feed, Chat, Finance), or terminate accounts if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. User-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of content you submit to the Feed, Chat threads, comments, and stories but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, communicate, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
- You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you post or transmit and that your content will not infringe or misappropriate third-party rights.
- Public Feed posts, stories, and reactions may be visible to other users in accordance with your privacy settings. Private messages in Chat are visible only to participants, subject to law enforcement requests and our compliance obligations.
4. Chat Tab
- The Chat tab offers direct and group messaging, message search, file/attachment transfers, voice and call initiation, typing and read indicators, and privacy controls (including who can message or call you, and whether you show online status or read receipts).
- You consent to the storage and processing of your communications, attachments, and related metadata for the purposes of delivery, syncing, moderation, and improving service quality.
- You must not use Chat to send spam, fraud, malware, or other harmful or unlawful materials. Suspicious activity may result in message blocking, account review, and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Message retention: we store message history, attachments, and call logs according to our data retention policy and local regulations. Deleted messages may persist in backups for a limited period.
5. Finance Tab
- The Finance tab provides wallet balances, currency accounts, transaction history, statistics, quick actions (add money, send money, merchant services, global transfers, NFC tap to pay, QR scanning), KYC/AML compliance flows, PIN protection, and other payment tools.
- You must complete any required identity verification (KYC), provide accurate personal information, and maintain a secure payment PIN. Failure to comply may restrict your access to Finance features.
- Wallet balances and transactions: real-time data is retrieved from backend services linked to your account. You authorize us and our payment partners to process transactions, fees, refunds, and currency conversions in accordance with applicable law.
- Transaction responsibilities: review your transaction history regularly. Report unauthorized or suspicious activity through in-app support within 24 hours. We are not responsible for losses resulting from delayed reporting, compromised devices, or breaches of your account security.
- Prohibited uses include money laundering, fraud, gambling where prohibited, and bypassing sanctions or export restrictions. We reserve the right to freeze or reverse transactions, report suspicious behavior, and comply with lawful requests from regulators or financial institutions.
- Merchant, QR, and NFC features: you agree to follow merchant onboarding rules, present accurate payment requests, and honor refund or dispute processes. Contactless features require compatible hardware and compliance with local payment network rules.
6. Feed Tab
- The Feed tab enables you to view global posts, personal experiences, stories, comments, reactions, shares, and bookmarks. Real-time updates may use WebSocket or other live technologies.
- You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you publish. Do not post misleading financial advice, hate speech, or any content that violates community standards or law.
- Moderation: we may flag, limit distribution, or remove posts, stories, comments, or reactions that violate these Terms. Repeated violations can trigger account suspension.
- By interacting with content (liking, reacting, commenting, sharing), you consent to your interactions being visible to the content owner and, where applicable, other users.
7. Data Privacy and Security
- We process personal data (profile details, feed activity, chat history, financial transactions, device information, usage metrics) to provide the App and meet legal obligations. Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed practices and your rights.
- We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. However, no system is completely secure; you acknowledge the inherent risks of internet-based services.
- If you suspect unauthorized access or data exposure, notify us immediately via in-app support or the designated contact channel.
8. Third-Party Services and Integrations
- The App may integrate with telecommunications providers, payment processors, banks, KYC vendors, and media services (e.g., Spotify integration in content creation). Use of these services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies.
- We are not responsible for availability or performance issues caused by third-party partners, APIs, networks, or devices.
9. Intellectual Property
- The App, including its design, features, trademarks, and proprietary software, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent allowed by law.
10. Updates, Maintenance, and Availability
- We may release updates, bug fixes, or new features (including changes to Chat, Finance, and Feed tabs) without prior notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the modified App.
- Planned maintenance or unexpected outages may temporarily disrupt access to one or more features. We strive to minimize downtime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
11. Suspension and Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account or restrict access to specific tabs if you violate these Terms, fail to meet verification requirements, or pose a security or compliance risk.
- You may terminate your account by following the in-app process. Termination does not affect obligations incurred before termination, including outstanding transactions or legal duties.
12. Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Feed content is user-generated; we do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of posts, comments, reactions, or shared links.
- Financial features depend on network connectivity, third-party processors, and regulatory approvals. We do not guarantee transaction completion, timing, or exchange rates.
13. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or personal injury arising from use of the App.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid (if any) for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is domiciled, without regard to conflict of law principles. The specific jurisdiction will be identified in your onboarding documentation or applicable service agreement.
- Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration or competent courts as specified in the governing jurisdiction. You waive the right to participate in class actions, unless prohibited by applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.

By continuing to use the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including feature-specific obligations tied to the Chat, Finance, and Feed experiences.
